Return
/ Exchange Policy
We
will happily exchange, offer a store credit, or issue a refund for
defective items or items that were purchased in error.
The
following guidelines will apply
- All
returns or exchanges of new general merchandise, and accessories must
be accompanied by the original sales receipt, and must be made within
15 days of the original purchase date. New general merchandise, and
accessories that are not in the original packaging, or show signs of
use, are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the merchandise is
proved to be defective. If the new general merchandise or accessories
are proved to be defective we will repair, replace, or issue a refund.
After 15 days the manufacturers warranty will apply to the handling of
all defective new general merchandise, and accessories.
- All
returns or exchanges of new musical instruments (Guitars, Drums,
Violins, Amps, Speakers, Etc) must be accompanied by the original sales
receipt, and must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
New musical instruments that are not in the original packaging with
scratch guard plastic, hang tags, etc in place, or show signs of use,
are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the instrument is proved to
be defective. If the new musical instrument is proved to be defective,
we will repair, replace, or issue a refund. After 7 days the
manufacturers warranty will apply to the handling of all defective New
Musical Instruments.
- All
returns or exchanges of used instruments, used general merchandise, and
used accessories must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, and
must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date. Used
instruments, used general merchandise, and used accessories that are
not in the original packaging, or show signs of use, are subject to a
20% restocking fee unless the merchandise is proved to be defective.
All used instruments, used general merchandise and used accessories are
sold as is. There is no warranty expressed or implied on used items.
- Gift
certificates and gift cards are not eligible for return or
refund.
- Any
instruments, general merchandise, or accessories that are placed in the
mouth (Harmonicas, Recorders, Kazoos, reeds, etc) are not eligible for
return or exchange unless the item is proven defective, or the package
is sealed and unopened. If the item is proven to be defective, or the
package is sealed and unopened we will repair, replace, or issue a
refund. The manufacturers warranty will apply to the handling of these
types of returns.
- All
returned or exchanged merchandise must be in the original
packaging, and must include all manuals, accessories, packing lists etc.
- All
merchandise that includes free items, free lessons, gift certificates,
or rebates may not be returned or exchanged if the free items, free
lessons, gift certificates, or rebates have been redeemed, or used.
- All
returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales
receipt. Returns or exchanges that are not accompanied by the original
sales receipt will be resolved by issuing a store credit only!
- All
returns in compliance with the guidelines listed above that cannot be
resolved with an exchange or by issuing a store credit will be refunded
in the same form as the original payment only! Items purchased with a
check will take 21 business days form the original purchase date to
process. A store credit may be issued immediately, or a check will be
mailed after 21 business days. No Exceptions!
